25th December
It's Christmas Day and we were all very lucky people! Thank you for all of the cards, good wishes and presents. We didn't send cards this year. Instead, we gave a donation to LD:NE given the support they've given to us over the last 18 months.
24th December
Christingle time at the Crib Service this afternoon. Now that Maisie also has the sickness bug, only Mummy and Jessica went to Church (in addition to Granny, Aunties and Cousins).
23rd December
We went to see The Snowman at the Sage today (Granny was looking after a poorly Oliver who has a sickness bug). The girls loved it!

21st December
Today was all about playing and then decorating the Christmas cake. It's the first time we've used fondant icing rather than royal icing so we'll see what we think when we eat it!

19th December
The first morning of the holidays consisted of breakfast out, soft play and a play date with Joshua & Benjamin. All Jessica's requests and all while dressed as a Princess/Angel!

18th December
We had our first nativity at Church today. Jessica was an angel (the blurry one with tinsel in hair!) and Maisie was a shepherd but refused to get dressed so wore pink shoes & leggings!
16th December
School is out so Christmas goes and fingers are in! Maisie is standing funny, she hasn't got squashed toes!
15th December
Swimming this morning for Oliver and a rare photograph opportunity as the lifeguard had a waterproof camera!
14th December
Maisie loves this lift at toddlers because it's not a normal lift. The floor rises up through the lift space but, to her, the walls 'move' which means she can walk her hands up the walls!
13th December
Christmas shopping this morning while Jessica was at school and Maisie and Oliver at nursery. Mummy managed a quick Costa too!

We did our annual family jaunt to see Fenwick's windows this afternoon. This was our best effort of a family photograph (thank you, Steph!). At least we're all on it!

9th December
We have a battle every time Maisie and Oliver are at nursery because they insist on going to the toilet and washing their hands before leaving!
8th December
Maisie was having a photograph in her new nightie (thank you Auntie Gill & Uncle Alex!) when Jessica jumped in! Oliver also joined in by removing his nappy & waving it!
7th December
It was Jessica's school nativity this morning. She was a reindeer. Here she is waving at us! Awful photograph quality as we've had to crop the photo to take off other children, sorry!
6th December
Maisie and Oliver received a duvet, pillow and bedding for their birthdays and today was the first time they used them!
3rd December
Jessica enjoying the Beaver's Christmas party this afternoon (the eagle eyed amongst us will spot the jumper is the same as Oliver's yesterday!).
2nd December
It was Oliver's Carol Service this morning so he had Mummy and Daddy time (Jessica at school and Maisie at nursery). He loved it!

Mummy didn't celebrate her birthday last week because of Gang Show so we went out tonight instead! We went to House of Tides (Kenny Atkinson) and it was amazing!

We visited Santa at Fenwick's this afternoon. Not entirely sure the children enjoyed the visit and this is the best photo we have! Maybe next year...

A morning bath with these two monkeys. Even two jam tarts wouldn't keep them sitting still!

After an awful storm last night, Jessica needed to scoot to school because we didn't want to get stuck in floods like this. What we didn't allow for was having to wade through almost tidal water to get to school!

Morning cuddles with Emily while Maisie and Oliver were at nursery and Jessica at school!

Maisie had her very first sleepover last night at Granny's house. She loved it! Thank you Granny!
