We were invited to a friend’s 40th Birthday today. Milo, the friendly Labrador, was there too. Jessica was petrified initially but they were best friends within a short period of time!

We were all entertained by this giant seagull visiting our garden at teatime! We spotted it swallowing huge lumps of uneaten toast without any chewing!

Mummy went on the school Reception trip today to the Hatton Art Gallery. This was the only photograph (he is laughing!) taken due to there being other children around. Oliver did tell us that the bus was the best bit!

Happy 8th Birthday George! A great afternoon in the garden celebrating (the children are all on the trampoline!).

A retro walk this morning! Walking to the old school for forest school.

When a little boy insists on partying at 3am for two nights running, this is the result at 6pm!

We found this large bee struggling to fly or move. We picked it up and moved it towards some flowers. Hopefully that helped it!

Oliver was keeping a very close eye on our neighbours. They were talking to him!

Bank Holiday today so we did some cooking (caramel shortbread) and painting!

Church today followed by the food festival in North Shields. Food, drinks, slides and teacups! Lovely afternoon.

Another trip to Ikea, this time with Daddy to check he was happy with Mummy’s choice of furniture.

Jessica attended her first birthday sleepover tonight and she loved it! Jessica is on the far left.

Another day, another appointment! Today was a review with the physio.

Mummy made dessert today. Ginger Apple Ice - one of the recipes from Great Granny GG) and it was just as Mummy remembered!

Another visit to the Eye Hospital for Oliver. All is well so back in 3-4 months.
