Oliver was sent home from school early with a possible infected eye. He took some medicine and then made the most of the quiet time without the girls!

9th June
We did our first ParkRun today with the Rainbows and Brownies (& parents/siblings!). We loved it! We then went to Church before collecting Daddy from the airport!
PS - admittedly we’ve gone well over the 1 photo a day today!
8th June
It was our first Family Day Out today with Church. Unfortunately the weather was appalling but we still made it to the beach! We flew our kites, made sandcastles, got wet, had a mini service and played with our friends. So pleased we made the effort to wrap up and go!

Oliver has had an amazing week at school so he was able to take Honey, the school dog, home for the weekend. Our first outing was Rainbows!

30th May
Fun at Shiremoor Adventure Park today with LDNE (after a quick play in an empty Christ Church Hall.).
29th May
We visited the beach today (no prehistoric dinosaurs to damage!). A lovely few chilly hours there. We wrote our names in the sand, built castes, plodged and admired the RNLI life boat!
28th May
We visited Dippy at the Hancock Museum (it’ll always be called that!) with Granny today. All going swimmingly until Oliver managed to throw his boot over the barrier towards Dippy! Cue a Manager to retrieve the boot once he’d unlocked the locked up keys.
27th May
We visited Newcastle today and had lunch at Yo Sushi. No trip is complete without a trip to Daddy’s desk. Here is one view out his window!
26th May
Oliver had a brilliant morning in Church and afternoon helping at home before shopping. He was happy to choose his chocolate treat!
