Year 3 assembly. Not a great photo because we had to crop other children from it. Jessica spoke her lines beautifully and played the glockenspiel very well too!

21st October
The Christmas cake is ready! We opted for a Jamie Oliver recipe this year. We all had our stir and wish. Now it’s being fed rum!

19th October
Happy birthday Granny! Mummy made it to the photo - Maisie is refusing to take part, Jessica is at gymnastics and Daddy and Oliver had left by this point!

14th October
Daddy is away with work for a couple of days so Mummy took the opportunity to redecorate our downstairs toilet. It used to be white and was in need of an update/refresh. A few more things to finish off tomorrow before Daddy returns.
13th October
We had a quiet afternoon once Jessica’s sleepover ended. We received our annual batch of apples from our neighbours yesterday so first thing on the menu was apple crumble and it went down very well!

12th October
Jessica’s party! Roller disco followed by McDonald’s and a sleepover. She thoroughly enjoyed the day!
11th October
Oliver loves to practice his handwriting at home. We found an old book which belonged to the girls and he uses it every day!
10th October
Difficult to take/blog this photo as it had to be seriously cropped. The girls have their own beds but they insist on sharing a single bed!
9th October
Oliver was eager for his new taxi this morning (normal driver is on holiday). He took his yoghurt into the playroom to make sure the driver didn’t drive by!
8th October
Our baby girl, Jessica, is 8. She is growing up to be a sensitive, loving, caring, unique and independent lady! We are very proud of her. An extra photo to show the inside of the cake!
7th October
Today was all about the cake. Mummy is never putting 100’s and 1000’s on the side of a cake again. It took forever and they went everywhere. The cake isn’t perfect but it’s homemade!
2nd October
Today was an exciting day for Mummy. After months of searching for this gin, she found it! It tastes delicious.
1st October
Oliver loves building and has recently discovered the magnetic shapes from last Christmas!
29th September
Mummy and Maisie had a games afternoon together while Jessica and Oliver went to get the car washed and a few messages with Daddy.
27th September
It was our turn to cook for the girls and take them all to Rainbows and Brownies. Unfortunately the weather was absolutely hideous so we were soaked on the way home!
26th September
We’ve updated our craft wall! The girls made a print of their names but it was written in reverse on the original so it was tricky to make sure each letter was back to front!
