Helping to put out the sweets at Cubs and Beavers tonight. They do manage to resist the temptation to have a sneaky sweet!

26th January
Chinese New Year from Daddy’s window at work! All of the visuals with some of the noise but none of the crowds to try and squeeze through to see!
25th January
Jessica has had a busy day and we’ve been fitting in jobs around playing taxi to her. We’ve washed and cleaned the car, we’ve stripped and then made beds and we’ve had some time for playing too!
24th January
We are enjoying the messages from the girls that we receive most bedtimes! Sometimes they aren’t quite as kind (“you are stinky” was one!).
23rd January
The girls are now allowed to cross the road towards our house by themselves (we are very close behind!). They are being very sensible and are enjoying the slight bit of independence.
10th January
The girls were very excited that we let them walk (unaccompanied) to their friend’s house to drop off a card!
6th January
Teacher training today for both schools so we opted for a quiet trip to the Tim Lamb Centre to finish our holidays!

4th January
Jessica was allowed to choose a bike herself this year for Christmas. She was very specific about her requests - teal, purple or pink. She found her first choice quickly!
1st January 2020!
Happy New Year (& new decade!). We had a relatively quiet day as NUFC had another home game. We visited Granny to wish her a Happy New Year and the girls pretended to be book ends!
30th December
A cold, windy and damp day at Alnwick Gardens but we all had lots of fun and got very wet in the fountains!
27th December
Oliver loves his remote control car. He is very disappointed when the battery runs flat!
26th December
We don’t often let the children loose on their iPads but today is a much needed “do what you want to do” day!
25th December
Christmas Day! A busy and chaotic day for all of us but the best photo of the 8 cousins!
22nd December
Our church nativity today. Jessica and Maisie are shepherds while Oliver flitted between and star and a wise man!
